SUBMISSION OF MATERIAL

By entering the Contest, the participant represents, acknowledges and warrants that (i) the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the participant; (ii) the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity; (iii) no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph; (iv) to the extent that the submitted photograph contains any third party materials and or depicts the name, likeness or indicia of identity of any person, the participant has secured all necessary permissions to enable inclusion and use of such materials in the photograph and posting of such on the web sites.
By entering the contest, you hereby (i) grant Avon the right, at its option, to advertise and/or publish any winner’s name, address, photo and likeness without notification and remuneration to the winner in any publicity related to this contest carried out by Avon worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the internet, unless prohibited by law; (ii) acknowledge that Avon may disclose your personal information to service providers of Avon in connection with any of the activities in connection with this contest.
Participants are prohibited from submitting images that are unlawful, degrading, hateful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, indecent, pornographic, encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate or objectionable.
Avon reserves the right in its sole discretion to review images prior to being uploaded or immediately remove any image and to disqualify those that violate the above.
All images become property of Avon who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the web site during the Contest, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any of its web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from viewing or downloading any image.
Avon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Avon reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Avon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Contest to any participant it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, integrity or operation of the Contest.
